A:  I did my first triathlon in 2004. I had been running a lot for about 15 years and dealing with many injuries, so at the suggestion of my husband, who had been doing tri’s for years, thought the cross training would be beneficial. I became hooked after the first race!

A:  Two years

A:  I love and will miss the Fronhofer Tool Tri! It’s so well organized, and knowing so many people there either volunteering or participating makes it super special. AND the race organizers are awesome too!!!

A:  My Di2 Shifters.

A:  In 2006-2008 I ran several ½ marathons under 1:38.

A:  I just did my last race of the season- the Lake George Olympic distance. I had a great race and placed in my age group. Great way to end the season.

A:  I like the long distance and would love to someday make it to Kona (who wouldn’t!!)- If I can stay in the game as I continue to age up- hopefully my chances will get better!

A:  Arugula, Fresh Mozzarella, and on my window sill- Tomatoes!

A:  The Blues and some soft rock

A:  Most importantly - have fun and enjoy the experience!

A:  I was told by a friend before my 1st Ironman - remember it’s a privilege to be out there. I have thought about that a lot during many of my races.
