Autumn, a colleague of Coach Kevin, has spent the past three years immersed in the stories, successes, and inspiration of the T3 community. Her curiosity and admiration gradually turned into action — she asked questions, explored the journey, and ultimately joined T3 herself.

This season, Autumn has taken her commitment to a new level, embracing a more active lifestyle with consistency, purpose, and enthusiasm. She’s leaned into new challenges, added variety to her training, and continues to hit breakthrough after breakthrough — whether it's a new PR, a longer distance, or simply trying something she never thought she could do.

Her energy is absolutely infectious. Autumn isn’t chasing podiums — she’s building a lifestyle rooted in health, happiness, and long-term sustainability. As Coach Kevin puts it:
"Seeing Autumn arrive at work with a huge smile and say, 'Did you see how my run went last night?' brings me so much joy as her coach. She’s created habits that will follow her for life in the most positive way."

A:   Saratoga 5k Glow Run! I love this race because it is in one of my favorite places, Saratoga State Park. This race begins when the sun starts to set and everyone has glow sticks, fun lights, and outfits! Plus it’s dog friendly too which is awesome!

A:   My running vest! It holds so much! Such as hydration, fuel, and my phone.

A:   Completing my first 5k on my own. I was super nervous but excited. After completing my first one and having my own personal best times, I felt super accomplished and ready for what the future has to offer.

A:   To complete a 10k !

A:   To improve and evolve into the very best athlete I can be

A:   lactose free yogurt, Chomps Beef Sticks, and Colored Gold Fish

A:   It’s definitely a mix! Anything that is on Spotify's speed mix works best. If I had to pick it would be Tyler, The Creator, Nicki Minaj, and Trippie Redd.

A:   Starting slow is okay!

A:   Layout your workout clothes the day before! Also invest in some fun shorts/tops. When I have a training outfit I really love, the workout really hits different. You feel powerful!

A:   5 Mile Fartlek

A:   If you're thinking about joining T3, DO IT! I never thought I would be able to do half the things I am able to do until I got my training. Also spin class is the best!!
