Testimonials
In different circles of triathlon you hear a buzz about different coaches, new triathlon teams, or athletes that have made great gains since they started working with a certain coach/team. I know many athletes that will chase after that "new thing" in the hopes to get a different advantage, or to improve their swim, bike, or run. Many will join that "new team" because they all look so athletic, confident, and "shiny." I have had my own moments of intrigue, but I look at the big picture and my growth over the last 4 years as a T3 athlete. My growth is in not just one discipline, but all three. One of the things I am really grateful for is I have developed a relationship with my coach where he truly understands me. He knows my potential, when to push and when to back off if I am feeling tired. My coach has become a friend and someone I can talk about life with. I'm not just a person he is connected to through Training Peaks. He has taken the time to know me and my family. My success is his success. My coach is highly skilled in all disciplines of triathlon and keeps up with the latest technology, gadgets, and training principles. Most importantly he recognizes that sometimes other things are far more important than training or racing. Not only do I get the advice of my coach, but I have two other T3 coaches who I can talk to and get sound advice about strength training or fast transitions. The people that come together to be T3 athletes become friends, training partners, and family. We may not all look super athletic and shiny, but we are kind, considerate athletes that uphold good sportsmanship and triathlon etiquette. We will wave to you as we ride or run by, we will stop to lend a hand during a race, and we give back to the sport through volunteering, race directing, mentoring, etc. Being a T3 athlete is more than podiums (although we see a lot of those), and world championships (we see a lot of those too); it is being a better person, a better athlete, and creating a community that upholds all that is great about this sport. I am proud to be a T3 athlete and to wear my T3 kit when I race and I am proud when I say that I am coached by Kevin Crossman. ~Lonnie Halusic
Do you have some serious triathlon goals? Are you having trouble figuring out how to balance a realistic training program with the rest of life's crazy commitments? Lots of coaching services offer the X's and O's of a lockstep training plan, with sometimes uneven feedback. T3 Coaching creates a rich, overall environment in which you can succeed, and nurtures you not only as an athlete but as a person. I think this is what separates T3 from the others. You are part of a family of athletes and coaches, and you get almost daily feedback and guidance. Whether your goal is to finish your first sprint race, break three hours in an Olympic race, or complete an Ironman, T3 values each athlete equally as an individual with unique goals. As a T3 athlete for 10 years, I have watched this program mature and develop an exceptional depth of knowledge. If you want to be the best athlete you can be, and have fun along the way, T3 is the way to go.

The real game changer in my performance as a triathlete these past two years has been Kevin Crossman and T3 Coaching. As a 40 year old athlete, I had been competing independently for nine years when I took the opportunity to become a T3er. My performance really improved, however, with the focused workouts that were designed to meet my specific needs. These developed my skills and increased my fitness in a way that I was not able to attain independently. In addition to his immense knowledge base, Kevin has such a genuine positive energy that radiates through all of T3. ~Isabelle Dickens, Qualifier for Ironman 70.3 World Championships 2019, Nice.
Participating in a race as a T3 athlete is like no other experience. The sense of camaraderie between and among T3 athletes as well as the T3 recognition and support from all of the other athletes is second to none. There is so much support of one another and this is directly because of Kevin’s leadership and what T3 represents. Kevin inspires the goodness in those around him. It is an honor to be out there representing T3 in races and in training every day. ~Kim Kilby
There is absolutely NO WAY that I could have (1) completed my first 70.3 distance AND (2) go to Italy for 2+ weeks during peak training without the help, guidance and coaching of T3 and Coach John. T3 coaches and their respective athletes promote a balanced healthy lifestyle that encourages time for family, work, rest and play. Fundamental to T3 is positivity and appreciation of self, along with gratitude to those that support us along our paths to triathlon. ~Michelle Aleva
With the help of Kevin Crossman and the T3 family I was able to have my best season to date, which included a 4:25 Half-Ironman and an overall win at a local sprint triathlon. More importantly, Kevin made my whole season fun and challenging because of his incredible passion and knowledge of the sport. Thank you, T3! ~Bobby Thorborg
