* "The Honor System" – do you remember this?  When we did things based on honesty!  Well, completion of the T3 Duathlon is based exactly on this.  There will be no race officials, no one on the course making sure you are not drafting or even if you are completing two (2) laps of the bike.  It is our hope that you come to compete in a fun, safe, and honest event.  The integrity of triathlon is founded upon some of these principles and we hope you can be a part of that.

Testimonials ::

The T3 Duathlon Series provides me with an opportunity to practice race day preparation and to test run different transition techniques.   Additionally, I have had the opportunity to practice different in-race situations and strategy competing against others with different strengths and weaknesses.   And, with the short course, I'm able to get home in time for lunch.  ~Carl Regenauer (6 time winner of the the T3 Duathlon)

The T3 Duathlon Series sets the tone for my season.  The races provide an early-season test of fitness, an opportunity to hone my transition skills and a low-key, but competitive setting with lots of camaraderie.   The price is a bargain, and the post-race talks by Coach Kevin Crossman add extra value.  ~Christine McKnight (KONA Qualifier, AG Nationals Qualifier, World Team Qualifier)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ::

Entering or Exiting ACC ::

Safety is our number one concern!  We want the T3 Coaching Duathlon Series to be a safe and fun event for everyone involved.  In order to provide this, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the course map and there are 3 locations to enter the Adirondack Community College.  Because we are asking vehicles to be parked in North Parking Lot, we ask you enter this way as well.   Regardless, we ask that you carefully look for athletes on Bikes or running prior to crossing the road.

Parking ::

All volunteers, spectators and athletes are required to Park in the North Parking lot, off to the side of the transition area.

Bathrooms/Changing ::

ACC will have bathrooms available throughout our event.

Spectators ::

Because the design of the course is "looped", spectators are going to be provided with AWESOME viewing of the race.  Spectators are encouraged to line the perimeter of the course with Bells, Pots, Pans, Noise makers, etc..., but we ask that you stay off the actual Race Course for the safety of our participants.

Sponsors ::

If interested in being the "Premier Sponsor" of the T3 Duathlon Series, please contact Kevin Crossman at kevin@t3coaching.net
